• Athletic stance and setup

• Lower body mechanics of load, stride, and drive

• Upper body mechanics of load, bat path, extension

• Proper swing sequence

• Timing and approach

✓ League will consist of 5 weeks, 4 weeks of double headers and then championship day.

✓ Teams are consisted of 4 players per team. Games are 30 minutes long.

✓ Prizes will be awarded for winning team, and category leaders. Winners for EACH age group!
